Weight Loss Moringa Tea
Friends today I am sharing a much requested weight loss
moringa tea. Which will not only help you get a flat stomach but will also
help balance your hormones naturally.
This moringa tea is a
must in your diet if you have health problems like thyroid PCOS and diabetes.
Moringa protein is an excellent source of vitamin A, potassium, calcium and
vitamin C.
Moringa is one of my
favorite ingredients and I always try to include it in my recipes. I have
already shared Moringa juice recipe and I have mentioned all the benefits of

Moringa detoxifies
the body of harmful substances and enhances liver function. Moringa helps in
balancing the sugar level and helps in fighting diabetes. Balances hormones to
protect and nourish the skin. And helps stabilize mood and protect mental
health.
This moringa tea
prevents excess sugar from turning into fat. Suppresses appetite in digestion
and gives you sudden energy. And thus it helps to keep your hunger at bay. This
moringa tea targets belly fat and makes you feel full. And lowers blood
sugar by reducing the release of sugar into your blood.
How to make tea:
Fresh moringa leaves are used to make this tea, you can also
use shade dried moringa leaves or moringa powder, in a pan I put water and then
add cinnamon stick which I cut into small pieces. Broken into small pieces,
cinnamon boosts metabolism and lowers blood sugar levels. And it also has
anti-inflammatory properties.
Add about a quarter
inch of fresh ginger, grind it and add it to the water. Ginger has many healing
properties. It relieves inflammation and can help balance your hormones because
of its thermogenic effect. Helps activate Which can help reduce fat now that
water has started.
Boil for about two to
three minutes and then switch off the flame to allow it to cool down a bit i.e.
the temperature of the water should come down to around 70 degree centigrade. I
am using organic darjeeling green tea leaves and green tea leaves EGCG in green
tea increases metabolism and increases fat.

Green tea also helps
in balancing the blood sugar level and then immediately add three pieces of
fresh moringa leaves along with its stems then stir it for about 3 minutes when
you are using moringa powder. Use 4 to 1 teaspoon and if you are using dried
moringa leaves, use about 1 teaspoon. Now let one and a half teaspoons of it
brew for about five minutes and then pour moringa tea into a cup through a
strainer. Heat this tea two to three times a day.
Preferably after
eating because I have fresh moringa leaves all year round so I don't need it.
For drying and storing the leaves but just to show what it looks like.
I dried some moringa
leaves in the shade and this is what it looks like. Now this moringa tea will
stimulate your metabolism, help burn body fat and also help balance your
hormones so try adding moringa tea to it.
